🔹 Is your baby sleeping through the night? 🎉 At this age, many babies can sleep for 12 hours straight, but some may still wake up to eat. Don’t worry, this is completely normal, and it will adjust over time.
🔹 Naps also change 💤 At 6 months, your baby will likely take two naps a day, and by 9 months, these naps will become even more consolidated. Understanding these transitions can be key to smoother nights.
🔹 What about the infamous “sleep regression”? 😫 Between 8 and 10 months, your baby may go through a sleep regression due to developmental milestones like teething or separation anxiety. But don’t worry! With patience and the right routines, this challenge will pass.
