1. Purpose
These terms govern the purchase of the following products:
- The 1,000-Day Journey: digital access to an educational content platform for 1,000 days from activation. Due to the digital nature of the product, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
- Private sessions with experts: after the purchase, the user will be contacted within 24 to 48 business hours to schedule the appointment. Sessions will be held according to the expert’s availability.
- Birth paperwork services: once the service has been purchased, we will contact you within 24 to 48 business hours to request the necessary documentation and proceed with the processing.
2. Purchase process
Purchasing any of our products implies acceptance of these terms. Payments will be processed securely through our authorized platforms.
3. Refund and Withdrawal Policy
As the 1,000-Day Journey is a digital product with immediate access, withdrawal is not permitted once it has been activated.
For private sessions and birth paperwork services, once the contact process has begun, refunds will not be possible.
4. Liability
We are committed to providing high-quality products and services; however, we are not liable for any indirect, unforeseen, or unforeseeable damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
